People are human resource. They help in converting a substance into a resource. They can do this only if they have knowledge, technology and skill to do so. So they need to be educated. If there is no education, then the people will not get any knowledge , will not acquire any skills and will not be able to develop the technology for the development of the country. In many places, the people do not educate the women. Also the poor do not have enough money for education. This is not right. They also help in the development. So education should me made compulsary and free for all including all men, women, children, rich, poor etc. so that they can also contribute towards the development of the country.
