HELP FAST | Read Devin's brainstorming table. Beginning: A foot of snow fell overnight, and school was canceled for the day. Middle: My brother and I gathered a massive pile of snow and built a bumpy sledding course. End: The neighbors grabbed their sleds and raced to join us in our winter wonderland. Which sentence would best resolve this series of events in a descriptive narrative? When I looked out the window at the new-fallen snow, I delighted at the thought of sledding with friends. As shouts of excitement filled the icy air, my dad stepped out and gave us an approving thumbs-up. By packing a small mound of snow in the middle of the hill, we were able to form a ramp for our sleds. When we finished building the ramp, we called our friends and asked if they could go sledding.
