Social media is a tool, and like any other tool it can be used properly or misused. Here are a few questions to ask yourself to
see if you could be in danger of letting social media control you. Are you afraid to stop checking your social networking sites
because you might miss out on something amazing? Do you find yourself planning your next social media post before you
have even done something worth posting? Are you competitive or insecure about how many "likes" you get on your posts? Do
you stay up late into the night scrolling through your news feeds - even causing you to miss sleep? If after answering yes to
several of these you feel that you might have a social media addiction, there are ways to break free from it.
