Evaluating evidence allows you to have a more rational and logical outlook on problems and situations that you may encounter, rather than basing your decisions off of emotion or inaccurate sources. Having reliable evidence that you have thoroughly evaluated enables you to make better decisions and view things from an unbiased point of view.
