When air is forcefully blonde on its face, 2 things are happening at the same time. A person is first looking directly on to it, whereby dog becomes alert, & is ready to respond, but it doesn't know what type of responses. Next when air is blown on its face, which was not expected it closes its eyes which again was forceful & hence the response. In a car there is only the breeze & no person is forcefully blowing air on its face. The second point is, as the car is moving, it sees many items of interest & it likes this change.
