in chapter 2 of "a night to remember" after accounting for how many compartments had flooded, Thomas Andrews and Captain Smith realize that Titanic is doomed, and both men can do nothing to stop it. In as much detail as possible, discuss what obligations Smith, as Captain, has to his passengers, his ship and her crew. Does smith meet this obligation? If not, where are his short comings? In retrospect, because hindsight is always 20/20, what would you have done had you been in smiths position. (need answers for all questions)
