I would say also yes, there are some kids in the world that dont learn just from people telling them. There are all kinds of people in the world who just want to experience certain things, so they can learn. Everyone has been told that story by there parents, "dont touch this, or dont touch that, its hot", but some kids think there parents are lying or tricking them, so they want to touch it on there own to see if it was real. That was just a example.
