Can someone please help me understand this question and give me an example: Diagram: If you don't have access to a video camera or digital camera, you may complete option 3. Draw a diagram of a figure performing FIVE different exercises. Draw both the correct and incorrect way to perform the exercise. I don't understand how to set this up...
