Do you think attending an academically demanding college better prepares athletes for careers in professional sports? Why or why not?

in my opinion no, because in reality it's the athletes motivation that matters no matter what school they attend because they can go to a great college for professional sports but arent really motivated in what they're doing same goes for "low" colleges I'm not sure if I made sense

They might demand so much from them that they don't play their sport as much, thus lose some skill and all bc they had to put forth all their energy into keeping up there grades, But I do think in the long run it could possibly help, but I wouldn't do it, but in the end it's all up to the athlete not anyone else
