I found this source by doing some research and looking deeper into the subject and then I came across this website and I started going through it and found it able to use. I chose this because when I was reading through the article, I saw that it included a human right issue in another country. I noticed that the website contained reliable information and it was a trustworthy source so I also chose it for that reason.

3. mitchell stephens - c. first person observer

mitchell enters the story after the accident. he is a lawyer who learns about the accident based on other characters observations. though he tells the story from a first person perspective, he is just an observer.
