Explanation:

When my parents divorced I went through a moment of strong confusion, fear and sadness. I didn't know what was going to happen, how I should behave, if I should choose the side of one of my parents, if I would be abandoned ... in short, I had a lot of thoughts in my head. Nowadays I recognize that these thoughts were normal. We never imagined that our parents will divorce and our family who is our greatest security will be destroyed.

This may seem like the end of the world to us and we often blame ourselves for what is happening. When I faced this situation, I was very sad and people reprehended me, but why? Can't we be sad when a sad situation happens to us? The answer is yes, we can.
