It might be difficult for a person when they get their first job, but getting a part-time job in high school can educate people the worth of hard-work. To add, high-schoolers working a job benefits the economy. For example, companies look to employ younger people due to them knowing about pop-culture. Young employees are able to create creative and new ideas that gets the young generation interested in the company’s product. Therefore, high school students having a part-time job is important because it will benefit the economy and teach young people the value of hard-work.
