Answer and Explanation:
Time management: as a positive factor, we can say that the management allows the organization and the complete study of all relevant subjects. This is because management, allows the student to organize their work and what will be studied at each time, thus leaving everything dumb organized. The positive point is that this can create a plastered routine in a mood that would discourage the student, especially when the schedule is not done correctly and efficiently. My perception, however, is that this habit is more beneficial than harmful and should be encouraged in people who do well with routines.
Managing distractions: The benefit of this habit is that the student will not have any interruptions in his styles, with irrelevant things and that he will be able to do the distractions at another time, as the name says. The disadvantage is that it can make the student anxious, thinking about what may be happening outside his study "bubble". My perception is that this habit is also more beneficial than maleficent, but it is important that the student, before starting it, maintain a mental and breathing exercise to reduce possible episodes of anxiety.
Taking advance readings: As an advantage, this habit allows students to know and understand concepts that will still be addressed in the classroom, however, as the student's second contact with the concept will be, the brain will receive this information more efficiently. The disadvantage is that the student will be able to read about irrelevant concepts that will not necessarily add to their academic performance. My perception is that this habit is beneficial, but it should not be done for academic purposes, but for curiosity.
Listening attentively: The advantage of this habit is that the student is able to capture all the information said by the teacher, however, we can not help talking about the disadvantage, because when listening carefully, the student can stop making notes and end up forgetting what he heard. My perception of this habit is that exercising it requires a balance between listening carefully and making notes of what you have heard.
