When Clifton's parents said he could
spend the summer with Aunt Bess in
Florida, he was thrilled, imagining three
glorious months at the beach learning
how to surf! But as soon as he arrived,

chores, a crafty smile playing on her lips.
"No surfing until every task is done," she
insisted. Instantly, Clifton was back in his
