Citizens need boundaries to follow and recognize what actions are wrong v.s right. It allows us to really take a moment to ourselves to really think about our effort, motivation, peers, thoughts, and decisions.

Explanation:

A toddler can't grow-up receiving anything they want unless they kick and scream out of pure selfishness. Boundaries would grow and set in place to really mold the child's personality traits to help them perceive things as more mature, loyal, and grateful. Boundaries set-up figures, rules, and limits to succeed lack of chaos and misbehavior. It settles things in a fair yet strict manner. It forms a great row-model with different perspectives, great wisdom, more empathy, and better understanding.
