Write a report about a fight in the class

Here’s a report my teacher wrote about a fight in my class:

Explanation: Today a fight broke out. Words were exchanged, one gentleman stood up and flipped the other's desk, and proceeded to shove him up against the wall. I struggled to pull the student out of the room for a brief second, but finally managed. He was still willing to fight in the office.

This got me to thinking about how I'm doing in my first year. Classroom management has never been a concern of mine. This incident was just something that escalated with comments about someone's personal life. I don't think I will have a fight in my classroom again this year. Anyway, with school in general I just feel like I'm doing "OK" and not producing to the level that I think I am capable of. I feel like a 16 year old who just got their license. I am looking directly in front of the car rather than looking out ahead and seeing everything around me.
