PLSS HELP In contrast to the fact of video games easing anxiety, video games can also increase it and make it worse. Video games don’t always cause anxiety but when it becomes addictive it can make it increase, and may make kids' self-esteem decrease from, confident to insecure. Some kids think that video games are the only thing that won’t judge them and can cause their anxiety to worsen. As well as the addictive problem this can be fixed, parents can pay attention to any problem their kid has in school or in any part of their life. Video games don’t create anxiety but if not controlled right, video games can increase anxiety.
