I can help with the Cain and Abel one. there where two boys whos parents named Adam and eve. their parents taught them very well when they where young. At that time when the boys where almost ready to make a sacrifice Adam told them to get the best lambs you have one who I more greater than one years of age, without any spots, and a male. so the boys prepared their altar Abel did as he was asked and burned the lamb exactly as told and Cain put his rotten foods on the altar and burned it. God was pleased with Abel and not Cain. Cain became jealous and killed his brother and when god asked him he lied and god marked him with an X on his forehead and told him to leave home and never return
