I'm glad you told me about your plans before going through with them. We have always been each other's confidant and, even though we live apart and do not meet as often now, I'm happy to see nothing has changed our relationship.

Maybe other people wouldn't be able to understand such straightforward opinions as the ones we give, but we know we do it out of love and concern.
