When you look at a question to be answered you interpret it in different ways then others might. while one person looking at the question  " who deserves to be the high school president" they might pick one person with reasons why that may only pertain to them. maybe they are best friends or they have been in class together and they share homework. When others see this question they could have the same answer but with different reasons. Or they could have a different answer with completely different reasons. We all see different things in a question because we are all different people, With different brain waves and different personalities. So you might see something different in a question that someone else does.
