how your business operates and decide to make some improvements. A few weeks later, you give
a speech to other business owners.
In your speech you should explain:
the nature of your business, what you hope to achieve and how successful it has been so far
the concerns you have had about your staff
the improvements you have made at GD as a result of speaking with Lois.
