There are some reasons why people have unethical and immoral behaviors out of personal ambition. It is necessary to analyze first about a psychological and cultural context what were the motivations for people to have such types of behavior, since morals and ethics are closely linked to an individual's way of living, his values, his family, etc.

Certain unethical behaviors can also become a habit when they are not properly corrected, as in certain situations in the work environment, in which there are negative behaviors in favor of their own benefits.

The ideal then is for society to have a well-defined and controlled system of ethics, where there is punishment for unethical acts.
