If we have to compare both speeches, we can say that Mark Antony's appealed to the listeners' emotions and was much more sentimental. While Brutus chose to tell the truth (or at least his truth), even if it is not emotional.

The way Antony spoke using emotions and crying is also a way of persuading his listeners.

While Brutus only wanted to persuade his public that the right thing had been done, what Mark Antony sought was to convince them to "avenge the horrible death of Caesar."
