Explanation:

During the first fifteen minute segment, I was more focused on the music. In the other half, I was more focused on the programming video.

I changed my posture in the second fifteen minutes by turning my body to focus to the video and not the music.

The four strategies in the first segment I used are:

-listen to video

-had music on

-worked on something else

-at the couch

In the second segment, I used:

-watched video

-had no music on

-didn't work on anything else

-still at the couch

In approach to listening, you only hear things and not really LISTEN to them. When you watch, you're really focusing. You can't be doing other things or staring at the side, because that's not listening.
