I actually discovered the last two points you made. I am happy to inform you that I was pleased when I saw the video of how the children were taken and treated as full members of the community. Also, I discovered that the children were spoken to as full members. The use of gentle guidance has proven effective than the use of reprimands. I have the thought that children do not usually have an understanding of the feelings they are expressing and may not know how to express it in order to be understood which is very important for us to note and always remember.
