i feel like if you go to America it would be better because honestly America has more universities than the ones listed so you'd have more options with 5,758 universities, i'm pretty sure you'll find your way, at the end of the day, it all comes down to what you want to study about. If you want to study wild life then go to Australia, if you want to do something governmental or anything american like then go to America and if you love going outdoors and want to be a photographer then i think Singapore is the best option for anybody.
