But, If I were you, I would let go of them balloons. Keeping them is like keeping all of the fears and unwanted emotions such as sadness and angriness inside of you.

Letting them go will make you stronger on the inside, and that will help you be stronger on the outside. You'll be able to face fear for what it is, and act like fear is nothing. Because you would have let go those balloons, as they are holding you back.
