Bullies should be held responsible for there actions beacuse what bullies say|do can really hurt people, even by one word. Every day a human being get bullied for not having the same skin tone as them , or not actinng there age etc.  can effect them make them feel bad about there self ,or want to change who they are. Bullies need to held responisible for ALL the harm they do. ( this is really bad i tried my best tho)
