There are many ways to come out to your parents.

There are videos online of funny / creative ways to do so,

I came out as Panromantic to my mom when I was filling out my therapy worksheet and marked "Bisexual / Other" and filled it in.

Another way is to text them.

I sent my sister a bunch of Panromantic related memes until she finally got it.

The cake thing that's been going around is one way to do it.

You can slowly drop hints to what your sexuality is.

As for coming out gender wise, that's a bit harder.

You may want to make sure, first, that your family supports that community, then when you're ready and you feel like it's safe you can tell them how you feel. Or, maybe, you can go to therapy first (or if you're already in it) and talk about it with your therapist and they can help you!

Don't come out if you don't feel safe doing so. Your safety is number one.
