Why should you learn how to change simple sentence to a compound sentences

A simple sentence has just one clause. A compound sentence has two or more coordinate clauses connected by a coordinating conjunction. Examples of such connecting expressions are: and, but, or, for, so, yet, either…or, neither…nor, both…and. We can convert a simple sentence into a compound sentence by expanding a word or phrase into a coordinate clause.

i go to the store and buy some cheese,suddenly there was akward silence.   out of no where comes a ninja, and he takes an apple, and chokes the cashier, until he passes out.   the disapeared in a puff of smoke.   the cashier went to the doctor, and everything was fine again.   they all lived happily ever after without anymore ninjas.
