Write a letter to a shopkeeper, explaining the reasons for and against installing a barcode reader in his shop. Letter should include these advantage and disadvantage.
Advantages are that almost all goods have a barcode printed on them. Scanning in a barcode is a quick way for the people who work in your shop to enter the details of goods at the till with less chance of error.
Disadvantages are that you have to buy a piece of equipment called a barcode reader, and they can be slightly expensive.
