Explanation:

1. The rain gives life to its own origin by completing the water cycle; as it falls down to the ground again nurtures the seedlings and vegetations on the earth.

2. This is just a distinct observation made by the poet which is not part of the song.

3. The main poetic device in the poem is 'personification' and 'extended metaphor'. For example, 'rain' was personified as though it was a real person, and it became an extended metaphor as it was likened to 'poetry' in other to describe the way the earth benefits from rain, and so we the world benefits from poetry.
