What conflict management style do you use when dealing with conflict? What is postive about this style? What is negative about it?

I normally confront them in a appropriate manner and talk about it instead of being violent or letting my emotions get the best of me. It’s all positive, but it can turn negative if the other person takes it the wrong way and become angry and becomes violent.
