My dad's head started slowly shaking side to side before I could finish, and I knew he would object. He is a stickler
for regulations
"Son, I checked the website, and I am not impressed with the go-carts' safety ratings."
"But, Dad! There are helmets, and speed limits, and supervision, and ..."
The head shake started again, and my eyes rolled to the ceiling. I bowed my head, took a deep breath, and gritted
my teeth.
