A killer invited a potential victim to their place. After talking at length for some time and once the guest had come back from the bathroom. The killer offered them an apple to eat. When the guest refused to take the apple, the killer suggested that they share it, cutting it into two halves. Both of them happily ate the apple. But, as soon as she had finished eating, the guest had died. What has happened here?
