Use a variety of compound and complex sentences.

I think this should be for your own words but this is what I think you could put in your own words
1. To know that that obstacle will only last so long
2. You have to keep pushing to chase your dreams/goals
3. Take time to focus on yourself and your goals/dreams and how you can achieve it little by little
4. Avoid things that are causing you to doubt the ability to pursue your goal/dream
5. Remind yourself that it’s not always going to be easy but you will get through it

With these steps, you can slowly “break down the walls” and eventually you’ll reach the end goal. You can also use something called S.M.A.R.T. goals standing for specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely. This action makes it significantly easier to “knock down the walls”.
