Correct mistakes in the letter. Dear Madam,
I am writing to make a complaint about a hairdryer which I bought from
Glossier Store on 17 October.
There are two problems with the hairdryer. Firstly, the hair dryer does
not work properly, the airflow of the hair dryer is not strong enough.
Secondly, the flow of cold air did not work at all. I returned the hair dryer
to Glossier Store, but they refused to give me a refund and advised me
to contact you.
I am enclosing a copy of the receipt. Could you please give me a refund
as soon as possible?
