No. Everyone has different personal definitions of fairness and equality. For example, some people think it's fair that someone should be executed (put to death) if they are convicted of murder, while others are against the death penalty because they don't think it's fair. We all have different personal morals and beliefs, so there's never going to be a definition of "fairness" or "equality" that we can all agree on. All we can really do as individuals is treat others with respect and be accepting of other people's differences. :)
