How did I do on my essay (high school or college people please tell me I have no idea) Getting up and seeing that your new post has gotten 100 likes is uplifting. But seeing neg. ative comments can be devastating. Instag. ram is considering removing likes from its app/website due to it wanting to be less about how many likes you get, and more about "sharing the things you love". But they shouldn't get rid of likes because of that. Likes are very inspirational and help people make new friends and meet new people. Also, likes are nice ways to get something out. Like if you're trying to start a music career or art career.

One reason Insta. gram should keep likes is that many people use Insta. gram to get their products or entertainment out. Like Andrew Bachelor, who is an Insta. gram comedian with over 6 million followers. He wouldn't have gotten so famous if it wasn't for likes pushing to the top of recommending and most liked. Another person would be Tana Ashlee. She is an MMA model who got hired from her posts on Instag. ram and now has over 1.5 million followers and now has a successful career. This wouldn't have been possible without likes on Insta. gram.

Another reason is that likes help people connect with millions of others across the world and helps make friendships. This is because if two people are liking the same type of stuff then they have a chance of liking each other posts due to the fact they like and post the same type of stuff. This, in turn, gives them the chance to private message each other and maybe become friends.

Now I know that some would say "likes bring people down when they don't get a lot" or, "They make Instag. ram too stressful". However, likes play a small factor in those things. Com. ments are what usually bring people down. Neg. ative com. ments on people's posts can ruin their whole day and sometimes makes them try and try to one-up it but keeps getting neg. ative com. ments so they get stuck in a loop of posting, seeing the neg. ative comm. ent, and getting more sad/angry and try to post even better things. So 99% of the time, it's not the likes, but it's the com. ments.

So as you can see, likes are a valuable asset to Inst. agram and should not be removed. There are other things that make Insta. gram users stressed or brought down. Those things should be changed or removed, not the one thing that most users like!

Read the excerpt from a supporting opinion of the supreme court’s ruling in plessy v. ferguson, 1896. laws permitting, and even requiring, their separation in places where they are liable to be brought into contact do not necessarily imply the inferiority of either race to the other, and have been generally, if not universally, recognized as within the competency of the state legislatures in the exercise of their police power. how does this relate to the premises of brown v. board of education? the brown case addresses whether state legislatures are equipped to judge the quality of education offered at segregated schools. the brown case addresses whether authorities believe that one race is inferior to another when creating public schools. the brown case addresses whether these laws inherently deny certain citizens equal protection under the law. the brown case addresses the legality of using police power to monitor public places separated by race.
