Empathy is the ability to understand and share the feelings of another person. Empathy is usually viewed as a positive trait and as a motivating, helpful social involvement. After reading the article about empathy, think about what it feels like to either have empathy for someone or think about when someone had empathy for you. Use the RAFT approach to writing about Empathy.

RE: Usage with Compounds

I am tired of being used and abused, and when you use compound sentences, I am totally neglected! You seem to forget that I must have some help to differentiate between the two complete thoughts that you are combining as one sentence. My best friends are conjunctions, and they assist me in the work that I do to help make your sentences clear and cohesive. I am over worked doing the job alone, so the next time you want to combine two complete thoughts, think about giving me a hand by making sure a conjunction has my back!

Sincerely,
Comma

I don’t really understand how to do this if someone could, give me an example, explain what to do, or give me an answer I’d appreciate that.
