I would write about racial bias in the media. A recent event that I would use to cite towards this would be the comparison of the descripit of Black Lives Matter protests compared to the description of the capito building riot. I would touch on the different terms they would use to describe the people and the actions as well as the reaction of the media on the actions used to deesculate both situations.

in my opinion i think it was not excessive at all. the maids turned against the queen in his absence, how could he ever trust them again? if he let them go they would surely spread the news of the suitor's deaths, which is much too risky. as for the suitors, they were selfish, rude, and greedy. the god's had apparently marked them for death, meaning odysseus made their death come faster.
