Why do you think it's important to have moral in a society? Should laws be mortally based? How would society be different if there was no moral foundation?

Among the reasons to be moral and integral, regardless of occupation are to: Make society better. When we help make society better, we are rewarded with also making better own lives and the lives of our families and friends. Without moral conduct, society would be a miserable place. The laws can be immoral while still being based on accepted, but wrong, moral principles. Being based on a social practice does not mean there is no (perceived) moral grounds for the social practice in the first place. But the problem is that even "critical" morality can be wrong.
