We need to follow the procedures on how to take care of a kitchen because we need to stay clean. Especially in a time like this we need to sanitize things much more often to kill germs so we don't spread diseases and other bad things. It a good habits to stay organized. Staying organized in more then one thing is a good thing because it builds healthy habit's like doing things when it needs to be done. So it last longer. We need to take care of the tools and equipment so it would last longer and it will last longer because foods especially things like lemons can eat away at the medal and make things deteriorated faster.
