Applying what you learned in the previous lesson, practice using a graph to convey information. Here are some suggestions to choose from:
Use a pie graph to indicate how you spend your time in one 24 hour period.
Use a bar graph to indicate ages of at least five people in your family. You can use people outside your immediate family, such as cousins or grandparents.
Do some research into the weather where you live. Use a line graph to show the fluctuation in temperature each hour of the day or to trace the average weather each month of the year.
Use a map to show every place where you have lived or have travelled.
There are applications on your computer that will help you create graphs. You can copy and paste maps. You can then edit them to show details.
