I think that banning phones from some areas is smart. For example, areas like school and chruch. I think that banning them from particular places is smart, but maybe not other places. The reason I say that is because maybe their parents are super protective and just want to make sure their children are okay.

I don't think so because what if their parents just want to check-in and due to the phones getting banned they cannot. I do believe that some places they should recommend not bring out your phone, but they do not have the right tell us that we cannot have our phones out.
