Most colleges require students to stay in a dorm their first year and some even require students to use the college food services. Your dorm will become your home away from home but you shouldn't count on it for serious study sessions. A whole bunch of students living in dorms are distracted by friends and activities and can not concentrate on their studies. A college student has to do their own laundry get their own meals and take care of themselves when they get sick. It's very important for college students to
exercise regularly and follow a sensible healthful diet. College freshman often put on extra weight,
however, regular exercise and a good diet can prevent things from getting out of hand. Time
management an important skill for all students is taught in workshops at many colleges. Its important for all High School students to be ready for college. My students who are going to college needs to prepare,
