    Sir, I write to bring to your notice that the prepaid meter issued to us at 37b Immaculate Heart Avenue Aba on the 7th of February, 2021 has ceased to function.

   There is no surface evidence or event that could be directly or remotely linked to the damage of the new prepaid meter.

     We the residents of 37b Immaculate Heart Avenue Aba humbly request that you dispatch a team of engineers and technicians from the Enugu Electricity Distribution Board to come to our aid by fixing the damaged meter in order to restore power supply in all the apartments of this residential building.
