Hi there. I have a creative writing piece due, and I would appreciate it if anyone could help improve this piece of work to both interest a reader more and improve my level of writing. 'To be heartbroken, by definition, is to be suffering from overwhelming distress. To be overcome by sorrow. The emotional stress or pain that one feels at experiencing great and deep longing. To be inconsolable. And yet, Ophelia Özcan would not describe her heartbreak using any given dictionary definition. She would express her broken heart as poisoned. Poisoned by an emotion stronger than any other, an emotion believed to conquer all. An emotion so intense, so intoxicating, that its very existence is enough had ruined her. That emotion being the toxin of love. The toxin had coursed through her veins, minute by minute reaching closer to the heart as it seethed through. Each drop, each fluster of love that flowed through her blood; it darkened her heart as it continued to pump. Her loves venom was vigorous, it hadn't just tainted her heart, it aimed to corrupt her entirely. You see, once her heart had been blackened, the love that she possessed continued. It continued until her heart had been completely torn apart, until all that could be felt was her clustered chest, until the joys of love were replaced with the despairs of rage.'
