Jaclyn thought the wool looked like cotton candy. She was amazed that the fluffy pieces of wool that used to be on a sheep would soon be part of
a rug. She carded the wool by combing it with the wool carder, a steel
brush. Jaclyn brushed the wool back and forth until it was very soft and
all of the tangles were gone. She then grabbed a little bit more and did the
same thing over and over.

gandhi's the story of my experiments with truth puts us in the first person. this allows us to really understand the characters and feel like we are living within the story. if it was in third person we may have felt as if we were just watching the story unfold. since it is in first person it allows us the opportunity to feel as if we really are a part of the story.
