Neutrality is no longer feasible or desirable where the peace of the world is involved and the freedom of its peoples, and the menace to that peace and freedom lies in the existence of autocratic governments backed by organized force which is controlled wholly by their will, not by the will of their people. which best explains president wilson’s use of the word “autocratic”? he is saying the united states needs to operate alone. he is discussing the free will of the united states. he is speaking of acting independently. he is emphasizing the enemy’s tyranny.

gandhi's the story of my experiments with truth puts us in the first person. this allows us to really understand the characters and feel like we are living within the story. if it was in third person we may have felt as if we were just watching the story unfold. since it is in first person it allows us the opportunity to feel as if we really are a part of the story.
